User Research
When conducting user research i think of a question relating to the subject matter. Like , “What are a users motivations for why they engage with something or continue with a particular behavior
User Empathy
When it comes to user empathy i like to think of what is the best interaction/experience they can have. I put myself in their shoes and wonder what difficulties they can have that would lead to the worst experience they can have then I think of what can be improved to hopefully avoid the bad experience altogether
Qualitative Interviews
Quantitative information is important but I really like qualitative information because of the deeper understanding and connection it gives us to people who are more than numbers. Like I mentioned before, I think of what motivates people in their actions and behavior and that shapes the questions I create to better understand their thinking process which helps me to better understand them.
